Need to cut back on timeshares we have - too much stuff going on right now with aging parents (can't get away as much either) to pay attention to timeshare management.
M/fs for 2010 are at 479.68 (all inclusive) - paying those today.
Does NOT trade through II.
Sleeps 4, oceanfront with balcony. Unit #520 (fifth floor, about the middle of the building). Prime, prime week #26 (NASCAR fans - pay attention!).
Free. Use of 2010 depends on if you're going to reimburse the 2010 fees or not. If you don't want to reimburse, I'll use it (or rent or exchange it) and you can start usage in 2011. Closing can be cheap as I can type up the deed and you can file with the county for about $10-15 dollars in fees.
I have others in the Daytona area that are going for 'cheap'. Some one bedrooms, some two bedrooms. ALL RED time.
