I have a client who is asking me to sell their unit here. I thought this was a hotel and not a timeshare. I need some help please thank you

PS They own an 3 bedroom ocean view odd year unit

It is not a SVO TS (nor a Westin TS) - there are threads about this TS.

Dawn Beach Club (timeshare) is next to the Westin Dawn Beach hotel, and I believe even shares some facilities. However, as David indicates, it is not affiliated with Starwood Vacation Ownership.

We stayed in the 3BR ocean front villas a few years ago. It was very nice and spacious. We had access to the pools, gym, and restaurants at the Westin hotel as well.
