Dates when requesting in II ?

I should know this but have actually only done several instant exchanges over the years. When placing an on-going request in II, is the second date (the "to" date) the last date you can return or the last date you can start a week?

It always confuses me too. Both dates will revert to the Thursday prior to the date you select. So I understand that it is the last date you can checkin. That said, most resorts don't have Mon-Thur checkins so the last date is unlikely to match as a checkin date. I also understand that they will call to confirm a Thursday checkin vs doing it automatically. The dates seem to be based on traditional timeshares that usually have Friday, Saturday or Sunday checkins.

From what I understand it is the last date you can check-in to start a week.
