Has anyone here used Dashweek and had success renting their timeshare? They have an interesting business model because there is no upfront fee charged by the website or the "success fee" as Redweek calls it. Another interesting point is that payment is made as soon as the deal is closed. On the other hand, I think it is a risk for the other side. I also think about the markup they use and at the end of the day, it drives away potential interested parties. If you have had any positive or negative experiences with Dashweek, let me know. Thanks.

Here is a another thread with some discussion about it. Seems like a similar business model as Vacation Candy.

Had a very positive experience in 2023. I had listed my week on Redweek, and they inquired about it (presumably when they had a renter for it). Was pretty quick to rent it out to their client and get paid for it - very smooth.

Glad to know. They claim the payout through their website is right away Did you have your a DYI ad on Redweek and had to wait for the payment until the second day after check-in?

Horrible experience with Dana Ferretti who owns Dash Week. Go elsewhere save yourself the headache. Also, they had to scrub their BBB because there were so many bad reviews on there.

No I got paid within days of signing the rental agreement. Check in was a month+ later.

I rented a week through her and it went smooth as silk. I was grateful to get the week rented and payment came through immediately.

I have rented to Dashweek for years - good people, professional, fast. Please note that Oceans8 was banned.

Banned? Was it for their opinion on Dashweek?

I have no idea - it happened some time in the past.

I've worked with them many times. All very positive experiences.

I used their service once a few years ago. Like another Tugger, they reached out to me about a week I had listed on Redweek. I signed a contract, transferred it to their client, and I was paid shortly after that. It was a positive experience. I've since listed weeks on their site a few times, but I haven't had success in renting directly on their platform.

Thanks for replies here, I got an offer for my rental listed on redweek and saw dashweek email and phone #, but another persons name and address. I guess that will work for them.
