Very nice timeshare in outstanding Orlando location (1 mile from Hotel Plaza Boulevard entrance into WDW complex). Plus, supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, etc., are close by.
All the condo buildings have elevators to upper floors. Lock-off 1BR-1BA "B" unit is quirky, but still very nice.
No longer independently managed by owner-controlled HOA-BOD -- now just another link in the timeshare company's corporate chain, but a desirable property nonetheless.
Full Disclosure: We owned there 2003-2013 (eBay resale, Unit B36A10B). Gave it away not because there was anything wrong with it, but mainly because our timeshare vacationing style changed & we downsized all round. (Only timeshare we have left is a triennial 1BR points unit in Las Vegas.)
