Does anyone know what those three-letter abbreviations stand for? I can sort of make out King's Land's but the Bay Club has me stumped. For instance it'll say 1 bedroom CP8. What the heck does that mean? Is there a decoding sheet somewhere?
Thanks

I would Email or call Owner services. Please share whatever you find out.

Here are some old threads asking a similar question. There were some guesses but folks really didn't know.

C is a plan type, P could be Penthouse, but it doesn't have to be. 8 well building 2, 4 and 10 have C in room ending in 8.

But all those things aside, given the other codes available, none of the above really make sense since there are NO D coded rooms in 1 BRs even though there are D room types. Although there are codes for A and B in 2 BRs. Villas are marked with a V (those are the plus units that are floor plans E or F).

So the number does not correspond to building number either. So your guess is as good as mine.

This is from a link from the earlier post. It remains an HGV mystery but is perhaps less of one now.
The codes are there and it is pretty easy to know the types. B units start with a B (with BP being a penthouse unit), A units with an A (again with AP being the penthouse) and the Villas with a V. The building numbers are last (i.e. BP8 would be the B unit penthouse in building 8).

Next time I call to make a reser, I'll ask and post back to this thread. Thanks everyone.

I don't believe the building number is correct, as there are not enough codes for each of the buildings. So I think that is wrong. There is also no D codes and there are D 1 BR floor plans. So I am at a loss.
