Sorry for the confusion. I don't currently own in HGVC. I am looking to buy resale, and was asking if the fees for 2025 were available.

For Florida Resorts only, the Real Estate taxes are determined by season (so we don't know that unless someone posts that along with season). Also for Seaworld, there are two phases with slightly different MFs for OSV I and OSV II. But you can get the Operating Fee and Reserve Fee from the budget report:

Are MF actually due on the first of Jan? I could have sworn I’ve seen threads on here that say by mid-Feb for Elara or W 57th.

The official due date is January 1, but each property has a grace period before any late fees or interest is assessed. It varies from property to property, from as little as 10 days up to 60 days, so you need to check each maintenance fee statement for the grace period for your properties.
