Despite having had 6 vaccination shots for Covid I got a mild case in early October. It only lasted a few days and was a bad cough and runny nose.
However, I was short of breath at minor exertion.
After some fits and starts in diagnosis, it turns out I have Pulmonary Embolism (more commonly know as blood clots on the lungs) that the doctors attribute to Covid.
It's not the end of the word but I spent a night in the hospital and have to take expensive blood thinners for 6 months. My oxygen got iffy when I did much so they sent me home with supplemental oxygen (which I hope to be off of before long).
To recap - be careful out there.
