Costs associated with selling Grandview timeshare

Hi all,
I am planning on posting an ad for my one bedroom/one bath timeshare at Grandview Las Vegas on this website. My loan is paid off. Just wanted to confirm all associated costs once I find a buyer. Is this correct:
150-230 for title transfer
250 cost from grandview
MTA form on RCI 98

What else am I missing? Does anyone have a sample contract or idea how much this costs?

If the buyer already has an account or you are transferring your account to the buyer it is $98. If the buyer has to set up a new RCI points account it is $222 and includes the first year membership fee. If your account is a weeks account instead of a points account then this may not be accurate.

If you don't have your deed you can go online to the Clark County website to order it. Doing that will speed things up and save you some money.
