The City of Pooler is the fastest-growing city in Georgia

In January 2009, we spent the night at the brand new Cambria Suites
just off I-95, Exit 104 in Pooler, Ga. near the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport. Located across the highway was a brand new Walmart Super Center located along busy Pooler Parkway.

Pooler: Famous for the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum.

The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum preserves for all Americans the stories of courage, character and patriotism displayed by the men and women of the Eighth Air Force from World War II to the present.

The Historic Savannah & Ogeechee Canal System that dates to pre-Civil War times. Still visible today, are remains of the gatekeeper’s house and 142 Civil War tent mounds from Sherman’s Army.

It's official: Costco is coming to Pooler
Pooler Mayor tells WJCL 22 News Friday, that a Costco
will be built in the Mosaic development off Pooler Pkwy.

Less then six miles from SAV. The interchange between 95 and 16 is literally a killer. Stay away during rush hour. Hopefully they'll finish the rebuild before Costco opens.

Saves 1.5 hours driving to North Charleston for the nearest current Costco to HHI.

Not super close but definitely something we will use when we stay multiple weeks.

It will be nice to have a Costco within an hour drive of HH. I typically stop at the Columbia Costco that is right off I26 during my drive her. South Carolina wine prices are a lot lower than Ohio, and I can also stock up on other things and get gas.

Now we can visit Savanah for a day trip and stop at Costco on the way back to HHI.
I hope Costco will be able to sell alcohol at this new location. LOL.

It all depends on State Law. Do other Costcos in this State sell hard liqour?
