Costa Linda - beach service

We are currently looking at Ocean Club and Costa Linda for 1 week in Oct. I know Eagle Beach is supposed to be nicer so we are leaning that way. BUT, drink service on the beach is something we want - can anyone tell me if Costa Linda has a decent beach bar and if they provide beach service?
 
When we stayed at Costa Linda last year they had little flags that they handed out with towels at the hut. You attach it to your lounge and when you wanted a drink or food, you put it in the up position. Drinks were surprisingly inexpensive (2 for 1 all day!!!) The beach bar is a very short walk from the beach, located between the beach and pool.

We've also stayed at the Surf Club (next door to the Ocean Club). They also have beach service but only one hour for happy hour (4-5). The bar is a hike from the beach.
 
Gretel is correct. They are planning to renovate The Turtle's Nest but will put up a bar and bbq on the beach as well as moving the restaurant to The Frangipani during construction. Beach service and happy hours WILL continue. Linda
 
Whoops! I didn't see October - construction (if this Oct.) will not begin until November some time and if it is NEXT Oct. I'm hoping it will be renovated already. Sorry, L
