Was thinking of adding this to my II search for the Cabo area. Has any one stayed there? Is it available for exchange very often on II? I see it's available now for July, August, and September, but is it available in other months very often?

Nice location, it looks great on Tripadvisor and is well-reviewed, but the rating is only 6.13 on TUG timeshare reviews after 18 reviews. Just kind of wondering why the low score, and if it's worth it to try to exchange there. Thanks.

I have stayed there -- but it was during their putting up new and tearing down old period.
I still liked it, due to proximity of beach and restaurants.
Not the most relaxing location, if that's important to you. July and August will be hot.

We have stayed there a few times. Great location. Maybe search for larger than a 1BR as many of those are on the side of the resort and don’t have much of a view. There are many good restaurants easy walking distance outside.
