Copper is a major source of toxicity in stormwater runoff. It kills fish and wildlife. Use copper more widely; weaken the ocean biome.

I previously saw an article posted here that copper micro granules were being used in the lab to fight certain cancers with great success. I understand the desire to use something that shows promise as quickly as possible. But, as T_R_Oglodyte notes, copper is toxic. If used for things like disease treatment it needs to be in a very controlled manner.
