Converting points to maintenance fees

I purchased a couple of resale contracts this year that took so long to process I’m a little worried about being able to use up all the points this use year (ending in June).

I get that the best use of points is for reservations, and the conversion rates for other uses are not great, but can resale points be converted into maintenance fees, or is that just for developer points?

I’d rather not deposit points into RCI if I can avoid it.
