I own a fixed week, next use 1st week in Jan 2027 and portfolio points 660. Next use of portfolio is 2027. The web will not let me convert my fixed week to portfolio and I called and was told I can not allow fixed use to portfolio. There was no explanation, other than someone will look into it. Anyone else having this problem? I am not happy. I have done this in the past and it is part of my contact for portfolio that I can do this.
