Contact number at RCI for VV exchanges?

I'm looking at doing an exchange within the VV system, and I remember seeing something about there being a direct number at RCI for VV exchanges at a reduced rate for VV owners. Does anyone know more about this?
 
Everything is done via RCI, there is no VV number that I am aware of.

You would call RCI to enquire about this.

The exchange discount is only if you own in weeks, from what I understand. I don't get a discount with my points membership.
