contact information for transfer department

Does anyone have the contact information (phone, email) for the transfer department?
I have a transfer pending for ~2 moths now. Plan to contact them for an update.

Here's the response I received from HGV Title Services when inquiring after the status of a transfer in June of this year:

Thank you for reaching out to Title Services for assistance with your title change inquiry

Please reach out Club Support at https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/ for questions about your online account and status on the transfer.

Sign into your account select CHAT (if available) or fill out form to submit questions. Domestic 800-932-4482 / Worldwide 407-613-3141

I suggest doing the following first:
  1. Confirm the deed has been recorded by the county where the resort is located.
  2. Then check with the closing company to confirm when they sent the paperwork to HGVC.
  3. If you call Club Support, have as much information about the week being transferred - e.g. old contract #, names of previous owners, new contract # given to you by closing company, resort, # of bedrooms and season
Two (2) months seems unusually long for a transfer to complete if it's already with HGVC, unless there are issues completing the transfer. If there were issues causing the delay, your closing company should be rectifying them and informing you of its progress.

@Seagila has it right. That’s a really long time. I just purchased HGVC over the summer and the points were in my account within a week once they received the deed. Every step in this purchase has been really fast. (2 days for ROFR and estoppel).

Customer service does a nice job. On my first purchase in 2018, there was some hiccup in the system and they had it straightened out within 15 minutes. Give them a call with all the info. Contact your transfer company and find out when they sent the deed and all of the info given above.
 
Hope the OP didn't buy an Elara Westgate unit.
