HGVC doesn’t have a general front desk email address (that I am aware of) just individual employee email addresses.

Good luck to you. We had a terrible stay at Sunrise this year. So glad I had book Waldorf for 5 nights. Pool was out of order, room was hot (AC barely functioned) the portable AC was loud. Zero compensation or cares. We will never be back.
