Considering Welk Point Membership for HRC 60-day inventory access

Hi,
Considering adding a 120k EOY point membership to use for HRC inventory that is less than 60-days out.
I am told MFs are $675/yr. Is that accurate?
Assuming it is, how does it work with the 120k points when booking HRC inventory?
