Confused about upgrade fees with levels of II membership

Hoping someone can clear up confusion in re: to unit upgrade fees as II customer service and website haven’t helped…
With the different levels of II membership (regular, platinum etc) are the unit upgrade fees different?
Also, any idea where on the II website it states the unit upgrade cost differences per membership level?
I couldn’t find it.

You can find the fee breakdown in the FAQ which is available via a link at the bottom right of the website. It is available via "Pricing" from the dropdown. Here is a direct link.
