Easyjet, Vueling, Ryanair, Jet2, Whizz, TUI one way flight

If pricing and times are reasonably comparable, which brand(s) would you select? We will have 1 checked bag so I know all have extra fees.

British Airways is also an option but much more expensive.

Thanks.

CC @Hindsite who may know about this.

Well Easyjet and Ryanair have been around quite a while. Not sure I would trust the others to stay in business as a lot of cheapo airlines have shutdown of late.

I've been on five of those carriers (BA, Vueling, Wizz, EasyJet, Ryan). Aside from BA and Ryan, they are about the same. Ryan is fine as long as you understand the costs and checkin process, etc.

I've been on many Vueling flights - all decent. Note that the seats on many of these planes aren't as nice as others. I'd probably rank them as follows: BA, EasyJet, Vueling, Wizz, and way down the list Ryan).

BTW, Vueling is owned by IAG, which also owns Iberia, BA, and Aer Lingus.

Thank you all. They are short flights so the seating doesn't matter much.

Glad to hear about Vueling. We are going to book a Vueling flight from Malaga to Barcelona. It fits our schedule best. Was going to take the high-speed train so we could see the Spanish coast but the high speed train is currently on hold due to the recent train accident in Spain. Now re-routing via Madrid via slower trains.
