I am part of a small family corporation (C corp) and we are thinking about buying a timeshare that would be in the RCI points program and having it titled to the corporation. I realize we would need to join RCI Points which I think is $149.00 per year. My question is, can that membership be in our corporate name and if so, could any of the officers use the points. Thank you.

From the RCI Points Membership Terms and Conditions:
Each Network Participation Agreement must be in the name of the lawful owner of the Vacation Time. The Network Administrator may require that any corporation, partnership, trust or other entity holding title to Vacation Time, other than a natural individual, designate an individual who shall be the exclusive beneficiary of and individual to exercise membership rights on behalf of such enterprise.

Thus, you'll likely need to designate one individual as the owner-representative to RCI. That person will have the membership privileges. Obtain Guest Certificates to give others access to enjoying vacations through RCI.

michaelsmalley,

Dave M is exactly right. You may use the corporation's address, but the RCI account must be in the name of an individual. Then, as prasadv1 points out, you may add joint owners (up to 7 including the primary).
