Hello! My first BG deed (9K annual) was purchased resale via eBay and this weekend we purchased a small 4K charter membership through BG. I didn't think about it at the time but what do I need to do to merge for one 13K annual deed or is this unnecessary? I'm trying to give them the least amount of money annually. Thanks in advance!

Make sure that BG knows you already have an owners account and number and that you want them to add your charter purchase to that account.
In fact you must INSIST on it other wise you will pay the base fee $373 and club dues $179 twice.

Do not take no for an answer.

They will not do it, however, please try and post your results here.

Why do you say that? Have you had BG refuse to add new purchases to your existing contracts?

I am sorry to hear this.

My first purchase was resale thru Pinnacle (2008?) at the time when resale still counted toward premier levels. All additional purchases were resales thru pinnacle, ebay and freebies from individuals.
They were all put in the same account.
My last purchase in 2018 I asked Sterling Title to divide my ownership into two accounts/owner numbers to bypass the 10 resie in one area limit. They did this without a problem.
