This unit is on Pompano Beach.

I'm not sure how you came up with $735 a year maintenance fees unless this is EOY use. The maintenance for studio sized units begin @ $1,100 per year.

Wyndham Santa Barbara is NOT on the beach. It is on the west side of SR A1A, across the street from the beach. There is, however, beach access directly across the street or through Wyndham Royal Vista, four buildings north of Santa Barbara.

My 2025 maintenance fees for a one bedroom, two bath unit (Week 1, Unit 801) at Santa Barbara were $1,438.92, which is probably why no one has offered to buy it.
