I have a person who rents my week every year. I sold 3 annual units, still have one EOY even and odd. I keep telling my renter to just buy the two weeks, but he would rather pay me. That's okay for now.
My unit is not going to get renovated until 2028, but these are not fixed weeks/units, they are float.
