Does anyone have any idea what this runs on a nightly basis for a 2 bedroom unit? I’m eyeballing a stay here in 2025 and just trying to figure out if it is worth it.

On a related note: Looks like about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland from here, do I have that right?

Depends on how fast you walk. Google Maps says 22 minutes for the 1 mile to the main entrance.

Very comfortable, busy, location. There’s also
a nightly parking fee. (Don’t remember the TOT
amounts; seemed not outrageous, except I think
they had to charge us for our full reservation even
though we arrived one night late.). Call ‘em up!!

TOT and in Hawaii the TAT are non negotiable, even for timeshare owners. Everyone pays them.

Thank You! Did you like the grounds/room/facilities?

grounds/room/facilities?

The rooms were in great shape, like any newish Wyndham resort. It's
also a Worldmark, and we've stayed in those rooms too a couple times.
On the WM side we had a studio with only a Murphy bed once! That
was a bit of a surprise.

Honestly we didn't use onsite facilities; from the outside it looks like
many of the other kind of fortress-looking hotels near Disneyland. I
don't even know if it has a pool. The neighborhood has a handful
of nice restaurants and at least a CVS and Starbucks within walking
distance - but we usually venture farther afield than that.
