This being posted in this "Free Timeshares" Forum leads me to believe that it is in fact free. Also, the Purchase Price is indicated as "zero" dollars.

Always do your Due Diligence in any free offering you see.

The only payment I am hoping for is the cost to have it transferred. I believe that's about $399 these days.

I changed jobs and we just can't use this as much anymore. Happy to send my phone number via P.M. as well to chat and show I'm a real person and all.

Can you use 2025 points for a 2026 reservation? I thought those points would have to be banked and the deadline to do that is three months after the start of the use year?
 
That is a valid observation and likely correct.

We got this timeshare (secondary market for super cheap) and got our money's worth, but I didn't really learn the ins and outs. So yeah I'm guessing those points are already toast. Ah well.

EDIT: yes, I was mistaken in the OP. My apologies. I tried! Guess I burned all those 2025 points already thru disuse
Timeshare is still available with 2026 points though!
