Yeah, if you could read that and knew how the tax stamps were calculated at the time you could figure it out. Other than that, I don't know how else you would know. Are you trying to figure out the value for some reason?
Just so you know: If you or your Bro is trying to "donate" this timeshare for a tax write-off, that is an old scam that's been around for years. You may have been contacted by a company who says they can give you a tax receipt for the original price, but if you get audited, it's not Legit.

Thank you, Denise! He actually just called to let me know he found his original paperwork. He purchased a prime ski week from the developer for $5,950.
It wasn't a donation scam. He sold it last year and said he wanted the information to ask his accountant if he could take a capital loss. I don't think they allow it for timeshares, but I will let him figure that out with his tax guy. I would rather not be the one to burst his bubble.
