Club Intrawest Trades - 1 in 3 or 4 Rules?

Some of my family have an RCI account and they gave me their password and told me feel free to book any RCI's Getaways or Last Calls that we want. I noticed some Club Intrawest cash Getaways for November in Destin. I've always wanted to stay at this resort.

Does anybody know if Club Intrawest inventory through RCI falls under any 1 in 3 or 4 rules? And if so, does it apply to cash getaways?

It doesn't say in the Urgent Information section at the bottom of the weeks listed.

Smuggler's Notch and the Massanutten resorts have a whole paragraph on the 1 in 4 rule. I know they both enforce the rule.

Could you get the "family" to give RCI a call and ask?

I've always heard that cash get-a-ways never fall under the 1 in 4 rules. But I not sure of this.

Thanks for the comments. I was excited to see Club Intrawest offered in Destin, since I've always wanted to stay there and had even considered using DVC points to do it.

I'm hoping I'll see one pop up for May 2009.
