One week free ownership in San Francisco, very close to Union Square. You can select any available unit at Club Donatello when booking (King, 2 doubles, ADA unit) all of which are large hotel style suites. The Club units are on the top 3 floors of the building. One great flexible feature is that you can split these in any number of nights (ie book 2 nights, then another 2 nights some other time, then 3 nights later), and mix and match unit types. We've used that feature often. I've never traded this unit, rather always used at Club Donatello, but they often have special deals with SFX for Club Donatello deposits (often getting a free extra week in Mexico or similar promotions), and my understanding from speaking with other owners is that they have high trading power with SFX.
Maintenance fees for 2024 were $1215. Buyer to pay $300 transfer fee to the club as well as for closing costs (I prefer LT Transfers but am open to someone else if you prefer). First year dues would also be due as part of the closing process, and that would cover your usage starting immediately after closing. They work on a "use year" system, so for example if the deed was recorded June 1st, you'd pay your first year dues covering June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 and have 7 nights to use during that time.
