Free timeshare...Club de Soleil in fabulous Las Vegas-2 bedroom/2 bath with split lockoff. Yearly maintenance fee is $1,200.00. 2024 MF is paid and we will pay the maintenance fee for 2025 and allow up to a $250.00 closing clost credit. This is a deeded property with high trade value!!!!
