Many have recommended Timeshare Transfer Inc as a closing company to use. I was wondering if they are also recommended for a Marriott timeshare in Hawaii.

I am currently in the processes of transfering a Hawaii timeshare using Timeshare Transfer, Inc. They have been very responsive to my questions and the process of documents have been timely so far. We did have to pay $350 rather than their standard $300 cost. It was explained that they use an expedited request for Hawaii transfers since the normal Hawaii transfer time can be quite lengthy.

We started about 6 weeks ago and the process isn't finished yet, but is now in the hands of the Hawaii people.
