Closest timeshare to Phoenix Children's Hospital area?

I have friends who have a daughter that works at Phoenix Children's Hospital on 1919 E. Thomas Road, the daughter lives about three miles west of the hospital. I have been trying to get the friends somewhere close in the area to stay for a visit in the next couple of months. They want to stick to this area to be as close as possible to the daughter's work/apartment to cut commute times. Thanks in advance for any help.
