If you love to ski this might be for you... if you or yours aren't far from SLC.
Cliff Club is offering a public trustee sale for their distressed/defaulted units.
Everything you need is in the doc and there are about 5 Platinum - Ski season weeks.

any idea what platinum weeks have gone for at previous foreclosure auctions?

Following up since I was there (took a flight just to participate). A lot of people participated this year so this naturally increased the sales price. I think platinum weeks sold between $15000 - $20000 depending if it was crest or not. The real deal that someone snagged was the even / odd year and that was only $6.5K or so.

I wasn't an owner prior but I eventually purchased 2 off of redweek for $15000 each.
