Hey guys,
I am looking to book an exchange into Worldmark Marble Falls via RCI.
7 nights is 12 TPUs
6 nights is 6 TPUs
5 nights is 3 TPUs

I don't mind less than 7 nights to save some TPUs. Is there a housekeeping fee if I stay less than 7 nights via RCI exchange?

I have no idea about RCI, but as a WM owner I pay a housekeeping fee if I stay one night or seven nights or 17 nights. You pay the same fee.

Unless it can somehow be over-ridden by Worldmark (doubtful), yes RCI states on all their exchanges that there will be a housekeeping fee for any stay of less than 7 nights.
The few times we needed a 5 or 6 night stay (using our points not TPUs) I found it was much cheaper to book a Last Call and either check-in a day late or leave early. By the time I added the portion of the maint. fees for the points needed, the exchange fee and the housekeeping fee, my nightly cost was going to be well over the Last Call cost even when dividing that cost by our 5 or 6 night stay. All the times we wanted a short stay it was the Orlando area so no problems getting a Last Call.

Thanks guys for the info. Initially, I didn't see the housekeeping fee message when trying to book less than 7 nights but now I see it. Same message with points.
That message doesn't appear for 7 nights booking.

@Pennytx how did you book it? Was it points or TPUs?
