I have signed up for a class action. Can I opt out and go to a regular attorney after having signed for the class action?

The only one who can answer that would be an attorney you might ask to take on a case. Unlikely they would take a case without a good probability of successful outcome.

But I don't think anything would automatically preclude another law firm filing suit against an entity who's already being the target of a class action.
