We checked into Windsor this Evening after a 12 Hour drive. The Front Desk Clerk only gave us 1 Key Card. We asked for a 2nd. The Front Desk Clerk said if we wanted a 2nd Key Card or Wrist Bands we would have to go to the Congiere Desk. We said we did not want to talk to the Congiere Desk we simply wanted a 2nd Key Card. The Front Desk Clerk was not going to give us a 2nd Key Card.
The Senior Congiere came over and gave the Front Desk Clerk permission to give us a 2nd Key Card. Wait a minute now the Resort Staff works for the Sales Staff.
