Just got my special assessment last week in the mail and sent off my 100 to HGVC. This is the first special assessment I have ever got on any of my timeshares. They say they are going to re do the kitchens. Anyone know just what they plan to do.

Hi Rod,

The Charter Club sent all owners a letter that the kitchens were going to be renovated by replacing cabinets, installing countertops and painting. There
was a survey sent with the letter in April, asking the owners to vote on a more extensive kitchen renovation. This includes upgraded cabinets, under cabinet lighting, granite countertops, recessed tray ceiling and removing part of the kitchen wall to give a more open feeling. The response was unanimous
for the upgraded kitchen with the 100.00 special assessment. I can't wait to see the finished work! :)
