Does anyone know what an unexpected charge from Wyndham Consumer Finance (for $56.08) would be?

I do everything 2nd hand (helping my Dad) so it can be hard for me to follow things sometimes.

He had $56.08 taken out of his back account on 4-17. Says it from Wyndham Consumer Finance.

He pays his maintenance monthly via credit card and the contracts are all paid off (long ago).

We are going to call Wyndham today, just wondered if anyone here has any idea what this might be for.

Thank you!

:) This is what happens when you send Wyndham a check. They cash it.

(Dad accidentally paid Wyndham instead of someone else and then was questioning why they were taking money out of his bank account).

if that is a problem you might set up bill pay online with him having access to it as do you to make sure the right check get sent to right place..

the name on the check does not matter with large operations like wynhdam..
they could have just sent it back but now you have to fight for it.. or

it may have been opened by a machine and processed electronically as well so a person may not have seen it.
