changing guest names within 30 days?

hi all - i know about the recent 30 days out to submit the names of guests if you aren't staying.
is anyone aware if i can get an exception on that?

my memorial day rental would have to be updated today essentially and i don't have renters yet.

Generally it takes 2-3 days max. The 30 day is a CYA by MVC and not consistent with the CC&Rs.

Fill out the guest form and then call or live chat - explain short notice. I actually had them lose my form once and had to fill it out a second time.

I've had guest name changes submitted for reservations that I've received just a few days prior to checkin.

The 30-day requirement is not enforced at all. (nor should it be! Its a ridiculous "rule") Every name change I have submitted recently has been completed within 1 day.
