You pay the $100 transfer fee per unit, I'll cover the rest by doing the closing myself, as I've done it before.

FIXED WEEKS IN SNOWBIRD SEASON

*Oaks: 2 br/2 ba 1200 sq ft, week 9, MF of $755

*Spas: 3 br/2ba 1350 sq ft, week 11, MF of $755

Usage starts in 2013 and the fees are current. You'll be responsible for the 2013 MF when they become due.

This is not points related, although when visiting as a new owner, they'll probably want to give you a points sales pitch (offering you gifts to see the points presentation of course).

Just got my MF bill, which is due January 1st. They lowered it by $5 this year to $750.
