CC&R's

I was wondering how many of you have seen/read the CC&R's (Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions) for your timesimeshare interval(s) ? and if so where did you obtain the copy of them? thanks RT

If you buy from the developer, you get them with your purchase Docs. If you buy resale, you can ask the previous owner for them, but you won't get them from the developer.

Interestingly, any sale of property (including timeshares) in California which are subject to CCRs obligates the seller to provide a copy to buyer. I am sure this occurs often in resales........

I don't own any CA timeshares, but I do own 6 resales in 4 other states, and have never received anything from the sellers, but I didn't ask either.

I did get a set for my HGVC TS from the seller, but read them? HA!
