Sorry to beat a dead horse, but did anyone out there ever get the Castles andCondos resolved? Was construction ever finished. We bought into this condo in Oct. 2009 and shortly thereafter started hearing rumors that it was a scam. We never received a refund and are having to pay Bank of America back for a large deposit. Was anyone else out there approved on the spot for their large deposit by Bank of America ? At one time I thought I read through this forum that a group was going to get together for a Class "A" lawsuit against the builder or something.....

Progress is slow, but things are looking up!

We bought in November 2008 and were very concerned about how this was going. We feel much better about it now that we have actually stayed there. It has a new name and is about half done - 1st & 2nd floor units need to be completed. The units that are completed are gorgeous. There is a small pool and hot tub, massage area, and restaurant on the roof now.

We were the first to stay there in October 2010 one week in a Studio and then a second week in a newly completed 1 bedroom. In November 2011, we stayed in a 2 bedroom and have reservations for November 2012. We are meeting up with 4 other owners that we have met when in Puerto Vallarta.

I have personally met more than a dozen other owners who have stayed there or at the sister resort QDM that is next door to Ochas Casadas. All of them have been quite pleased with how the resort is coming along.

Ditto

We are also members at Mondavi. We stayed there last year during Thanksgiving week and we are returning again this year. This is not a scam, anymore than any other timeshare in Mexico. We like the gorgeous views and the fact that there are only a limited number of units.

We bought in August of 2008 and we stayed 2 great weeks this last November for the first time. We will be going again this year and the place is booked pretty much for those couple of weeks from members using their time. :cheer:
We're patiently waiting for the last 2 floors to be completed to accomodate us all.
