This is a Bluegreen resort. Here's a link to their website on this resort. Apparently, there is access to an indoor pool at an adjoining property, The Carolian Beach Resort.

Carolina Grande
I visited the Carolina Grande for a week in March, 2007. The 5 of us stayed in a 3 bedroom unit on the 14th floor. The unit and property in general were outstanding! The desk staff was great as well. The only things that I would have liked to see improvement on were the slow elevators. But this would not stop me from returning there at all.
As to your specific questions on the indoor pool... From what I could find at the Best Western Carolinian, the pool in covered, but not actually indoors. There was what appeared to be a lazy river indoors, but the pool was in a breezeway. The outdoor pool area that is actually on site at the Carolina Grande was nicer in my opinion.
