I stayed here through an exchange with Dial An Exchange. We checked in and went to our unit and we couldn't believe how nice it was.
I found out later that this isn't a timeshare but privately whole owned condos that the owners rent out through Liberte Management Group. Through some kind of deal, DAE ended up with some of the inventory and it was offered as exchanges to us.
There are only 35 units here and all but one have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. We stayed in unit 305 which is a 1Br and it's sort of situated on an inside corner so the balcony was private.
We had a 60" flat screen TV with HD cable, very nice furnishings and a walk in shower.
Free in room WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a very large side by side fridge with in the door ice and water.
There are no resort activities but there is a very nice pool with jets built into one corner, no hot tub.
This is located next to Upham Beach which has public access and pay parking between 66th and 70th Aves. It is fenced off from the public area and a key is needed for entry to the condo. They have a grass area and a sandy area with shuffle board and two gas grills.
The condos have free parking for one car per unit and some of it is under cover.
If you're looking for a place to stay right on the beach this is a great place. I won't put a review in the review section because this is not a timeshare and my never come up again as an exchange.
