I have been trying to reach Vistana since the middle of last week. I get a recording that their hold times are greater than one hour and that they can't take my call. Then they hang up on me. They have done this five times in a row now.
I need to deposit a bunch of 2020 Sheraton weeks into Interval. I tried to call Interval to do this, but the CS rep there seemed very confused and some of the weeks got rejected. When I tried w/II again, II said it was too late in the year to deposit through them, and I had to go through Vistana instead. So, I need some way to contact Vistana.
I am calling 888-786-9637 and then selecting "reservations and ways to use your ownership." I also tried 407-903-4649; same result.
Is there something else I can try? A different number, maybe?
