Can't get through to Vistana

I have been trying to reach Vistana since the middle of last week. I get a recording that their hold times are greater than one hour and that they can't take my call. Then they hang up on me. They have done this five times in a row now.

I need to deposit a bunch of 2020 Sheraton weeks into Interval. I tried to call Interval to do this, but the CS rep there seemed very confused and some of the weeks got rejected. When I tried w/II again, II said it was too late in the year to deposit through them, and I had to go through Vistana instead. So, I need some way to contact Vistana.

I am calling 888-786-9637 and then selecting "reservations and ways to use your ownership." I also tried 407-903-4649; same result.

Is there something else I can try? A different number, maybe?
 
You can do the deposit on the website. Click on the "deposit with ii" on the dashboard and then follow the instructions.

Yes - do it on the Vistana website - I just deposited mine that way.
 
Ah! I kept thinking Vistana should have some way to deposit weeks online into II, but I couldn't find it. It's in the green "my choices" section on the right-hand side. Thanks, wjarcher!

Is there any other option to get intouch w/ Vistana? Calls aren’t getting through. Emails unanswered and no chat.
 
I have the same problem. deposit into II rejected, Have to contact Vistana. Can not get through to Vistana and no response to several requests using email form. Not much fun being a timeshare owner in the Vistana system at this point.
 
I got through to vistana by calling right when the phone lines opened in the morning. I waited on hold less than 2 minutes.
 
OK, just used the dashboard on Vistana website to do the deposit. Hope it works. Spent time with the Vistana desk at II as part of the process and they never suggested using the Vistana dashboard. Oh well, hope it works.
 
I tried calling right as they opened this morning. Thought I was going to get through, but nope, they kicked me out of the que with no warning.
 
For the people that used the Vistana Dashboard to deposit a unit into II, how long would you expect it to take before the deposit shows up in the II account and is available to use in a search for an exchange. TIA

It took less than a week.
 
I received an email confirming the deposit 12 hours after doing the deposit on the dashboard at Vistana. Checked II this morning and the deposit was there and could do exchange searches. Thank you TUG members for the information. Saved lots of time and anxiety about how to perform this process.
 
I wended my way through their answering sytem today (it took about 4 minutes), then a recorded voice answered, said they were too busy to talk, and hung up. Seems that Vistana, under MVCI, is not the Vistana it used to be.
 
I was able to get through. I contacted them at 6am and requested callbacks from 2 different #s. An hour later, I received a call back. I had a rather nice convo w/ the rep. My issue was resolved in 15min.
 
in January I want to make a 2022 reservation 12 months out but I can’t find the 2022 calendar. Online only shows through 2021. I emailed Customer Service. No answer.

The website is down again at the moment. It's ridiculous that Vistana/Marriott can't provide better service when owners have lots more transactions that they need assistance with because of C-19.
 
I wanted to attach my 2020 expiring SOs as resort credit to next year's reservation which I just made yesterday. Their phone line was closed by the time I called yesterday and I sent an email with the request. This morning I called first thing and I got the message for me to call back as they were all busy and the wait would be long and the line was then cut off. I tried chat function several times and finally got it to "stick". Through some prompting, the agent got $1,210 resort credits attached to my 3-night stay at Westin Desert Willow. Now I hope it does not get cancelled because of extended stay at home order.
 
I can't seem to get through to Vistana. Everytime I call I get a message saying to call back. Any suggestions?
 
I've been trying to reach someone for over a week, sent emails and just sent feedback on the website. This is ridiculous. The phone goes through the sequence of information (we value you, our new cleaning...) then hangs up. :mad:
