You get the same message if you try logging into RCI directly with Club Wyndham credentials via the link from another posting. Seems like CW's login function is the problem.

It's really unbelievable how very bad their IT is.
Not only do I have issues with Wyndham and WorldMark, but Shell has constant problems, including the inability to see past transactions and current reservations, and no way to add guest names without calling every time. Then you add a guest name and pay the fee, and an email doesn't automatically generate.
I know it's the weekend, but this has been going on for hours and they haven't even stuck a "We're experiencing difficulties; please be patient" message on the login page.

Logged in earlier today, about 11:15 am EDT, did some searching then went back to look at upcoming reservations got the login screen. Tried to login and got the same error. Haven't been able to login in since. Cleared cache and history, shutdown, tried different browsers nothing worked.
Just after I post it comes back up.

All my reservations are intactin but I now have 64,000 points more than yesterday and another 3 housekeeping credits and an extra transaction credit....really confused!
Did anyone else get more points ect?

not loving the whole Wyndham experience-
I can’t get in still. Started a ticket they said ongoing problem? Got a message that says Entered username is incorrect. Even though it’s the same one and when I tried to retrieve it says something unexpected just happened.
