Cannot log into Shell Vacations Club this morning. Anyone else having issues?

That's not true. My payment posted on 8/1. I am tired of the constant issues with Shell and will be glad to give it all back, especially if this issue is related somehow to our Club Wyndham issues. These are two separate systems and should be treated as such.
 
Curious, did SVC owners also receive the same announcement that a new PaymentUS billing portal would be introduced in the month of August? I know all Club Wyndham owners did, but am not sure if SVC and/or Worldmark owners also received the same PaymentUS transition notification? If so, then best guess yes this issue would be related to the billing transition in progress. If SVC owners did receive any such notification, there should have been a dedicated toll free number listed to call with any issues - that would likely be the best way to determine the path forward here for your account(s).

Having the same issue and I too am current. Have called twice, been on hold for over an hour total but just keep getting disconnected.

Shell has always used paymentus. I pay automatically every month.

That's interesting - so perhaps Wyndham is simply moving the remaining timeshare systems, at the very least Club Wyndham, over to paymentUS - that SVC was already using.
 
Same issue here - cannot log on to SVC, Paymentus account status page says account is past due, yet the payments detail shows all payments have been made. And stuck on hold for over an hour before I had to leave for another commitment.
 
So it's everyone dealing with this.

I believe they are probably working on another crappy website for Shell to match the crappy WorldMark and Wyndham websites I already struggle with. Just sayin'.
