What's the deal with Fiesta Americana Cancun (HGVC affiliate). I see almost nothing for the entire 9 month window. Is it that hard to book?

Also, is it AI? If so, what's the daily fee. Thanks.
 
I don't see AI listed under the resort notes (but I have never stayed there) {like I do for some of the other FA resorts}:

  • Beginning January 15, 2023, under a revision to Mexico’s Tobacco Control Law, people in the country of Mexico are prohibited from consuming any tobacco or nicotine products in outdoor locations where people gather, such as hotels, public squares, parks, beaches, schools, restaurants and sports stadiums. Designated and clearly identified smoking areas will be provided at this property.
  • Foreign travelers arriving in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo must pay a Visitor Tax of approximately $10 (dependent on exchange rate) per person (ages 4 and up) during their reservation check-in at the resort. Guests are strongly encouraged to pay the tax at the time of check-in so the resort can confirm payment. Guests who prefer to prepay can do so at the Visitax website, www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio, but they must show proof of payment upon check-in.
  • Environmental Sanitation fee is charged by the resort at checkout.
  • Reservations require a standard reservation fee. The normal Club cancellation policy applies.
