My partner and I bought in to Bluegreen and then purchased additional "points" and ended up with 2 timeshare contracts. This Saturday we ended up combining the two and replaced it with one new contract so we could have one anniversary date. Maintenance fees etc.
I've been thinking this might be an opportunity to cancel the entire timeshare all together. I was reading the contract and there is a new cancellation period that will last 5 calendar days, per New Hampshire Law.
Since this is an Equity Trade Contract would cancellation just mean we revert back to having the two separate properties and contracts. I would love to get out of the timeshare but if we have to keep it I rather just the one payment vs the two we have been making.

I believe it would revert back to two separate properties, otherwise everyone would jump on the bandwagon and use it to escape their timeshares.

Best of luck!
